"my father always let me play with his polaroid camera only when it doesnt have any film, so one time when i was around five or six, i played with that camera not knowing that the last exposure in a pack of film got stuck inside it, so i went all over the neighborhood snapping pretend photos as i usually do, and after ten or fifteen snaps, an instant photo pops out, all the exposures on one piece of film creating a collage of different images,i went home proud of my accomplishment even if its a product of chance, actually if i can still recall, i think my sister stole that photo"

my first impression when i first saw paul is that he is a tall handsome guy who at the same time is also very gorgeous. while still star strucked, paul gave me his boyish smile and that's when i realized that he doesn't see himself as a celebrity but as an artist who is just out there doing his thing, sharing his passion in acting with everyone and just excelling in what he loves to do best.

paul is originally from sacramento who went to stockton for college taking up a course that focuses more on theater history and technical theater. from delta college, he went to university of california for b.a. in drama. during his usc stint he participated in a new york satellite program where part of the curriculum includes auditions and trainings in new york that prepared him for a career in acting and the arts.

it seems like it was only yesterday when i started expressmen. and now i can't believe its my first 200 post. i am looking forward for the next 200 more.

i hope that you're enjoying expressmen, just as i enjoyed making each postings too. i always want to make each postings exciting and interesting. thanks for the emails you sent, i am working on answering all of them. i promise to get back to each of you. if i had not answered your email yet, just be patient and i will get to you . cause right now, i am halfway down the emails. from my heart, thanks guys for all the support, all the hellos, and all the positive comments.

when i started expressmen, i envisioned the blog to be more daring and revealing. but somewhere through the postings i did a different packaging by providing male models whether they are already established or just starting a platform where they can gain publicity and positive exposure that can enhance their career.

microwave on high 1-2 minutes the frozen tilapia filets, place guacamole sauce, available in any store, topped with cut cilantro, on heated pan. when the tilapia is done, place it on heated oil in another pan, top with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp lemon juice. turn the fish over to fully cook it. test with fork, when fully cooked, place the filet on the plate, top it up with sliced cucucumbers, cover the entire fish with the guacamole sauce. dinner serve, call your man and start to giggle.

cut beef into thin slices, soak in lemon juice, and soy sauce. cut onions, cilantro and dice tomatoes. cut potatoes microwave on high until ready, test with fork. place potatoes on heated pan with oil, sprinkled with salt and garlic powder. set aside. toss in the cut onions, and beef slices, make sure that its thinly cut, and cook it fast or it will be hard. turn over the beef and when ready serve on plate. top it with cilantro and diced tomatoes. place the potatoes on the side. call you man, and enjoy a quick lunch.

last tuesday jeff's season ends. i kind of miss flipping out now that the season is over cause i was just so used to watching jeff and his endearing ocd, plus all the onions issues he has while flipping houses added to that his crew who are soil surfing behind his back, that was really hilarious. i always love the first assistant, she adds so much fun to the show. i think she is a very sweet person. her husband who had always been the source of doubts ever since the show started because he appeared in punkd so many said that the show is scripted. but jeff is an exciting and interesting character that you will find yourself obsessing over his lips and the cosmetic surgery while laughing everytime he flips out. ryan, jeff's ex is a cutie and had always played the good guy. i am impressed with him cause i can't do what he can, work with an ex. much more, be the business partner. zoila is actually funny, especially during the time that jeff is freaking out cause somebody used his computer, zoila said that she spend the whole day chatting. she is such a darling. of course i was not impressed with jeff's realtor when they initially refuse to contribute part of their commission so that the deal will go through, i think that is really pure selfishness cause there's no excuse to sacrifice professional relations especially if its only more than a thousand bucks. check out jenni's blog and read her season farewell. better still click on bravo tv for more of jeff. watch as jeff flips house and at the same time flip out.

cut pork into thin strips, size to your choice, place green beans on a bowl with water, microwave for a minute or two, place pork on heated pan with oil. dash with fresh rosemary, pepper and salt to taste. add soy sauce and lemon juice, even the bottled one will do. mixed everything up, toss in the green beans. serve with sprinkled sliced almonds which you can buy in any stores. match with your precooked steamed rice and call your man, dinner served.
