"five things i can't live without? definitely the gym. i'm a gym freak and need to train at least 5 times a week, my car- big fan of racing and enjoy being able to have my own independence to get to and from the university, my friends- some of my close friends have helped me greatly in getting into modeling and doing day to day things..so i could not live without them, my internet- i enjoy having my internet as it helps me keep up to date with local events and with my university homework, also keeps me up to date with modeling offers, my phone- always need my phone too keep in contact with people, feel lost without it"

"be calm, be relaxed and don't ever feel scared about asking for advice from people. the most trivial of worries can be what makes or breaks your photo shoot, so its best to ask the burning question and keep yourself calm on set, i think that's my best advise for aspiring models"

"turning down photographers for photoshoots, i like to be as nice to people as possible so i feel rude turning down photographers who ask me to shoot with them. had a case once where a photographer hounded my phone with 20 phone calls a day for about 2 weeks."

"there is a huge amount of competition in modeling, as we all know there are some very beautiful people around- but not only beautiful people can model, you need to feel relaxed around the camera. thankfully the photographers i have worked with so far have been really good and helped me relaxed"
